The P101 team has established a comprehensive Knowledge Management System (KMS) to support coordination across the 19 Partner Countries. This system is designed to efficiently manage data, insights, and workflows involving up to 57 National Experts.

Each country will nominate three experts specializing in Security, Cybersecurity, and Legal frameworks related to the physical protection, security (including cybersecurity) of CBRN critical infrastructure. The KMS ensures structured information sharing, version control, and collaborative documentation. It provides secure access to country-specific profiles, assessment reports, and policy references. Experts will use the system to input findings, track national developments, and align with EU best practices.

The platform includes user dashboards, real-time updates, and document repositories. This digital tool strengthens cross-border collaboration and supports capacity-building efforts. It will also facilitate planning, monitoring, and evaluation of project milestones. Ultimately, the KMS is central to knowledge continuity and strategic alignment throughout P101’s implementation phase.
