📍 Tashkent, Uzbekistan - 1–3 December 2025


This high-level gathering will convene National Focal Points, regional experts, and international organisations to review the progress of P101 and P101-CAIRN, exchange strategic insights on hybrid security threats, and plan the next phase of implementation.


Highlights include: presentation of 2025 national assessments (strategic insights only), regional roundtables (SEEE, CA, MIE), and a demonstration of applied technologies for digital twins, InSAR monitoring, and cyber-physical resilience.


Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English–Russian and English–Arabic.
