WP2 - Elaboration / transfer of methodology / guide / SOP on:

• Identification of national facilities / practices of CBRN Infrastructure

• General Design of Physical Protection, Security and Cyber-security systems for CBRN Critical Infrastructures facilities

• Response to protection, security and cyber-security threats to CBRN facilities and practices

• Elaborate and provide to partner countries the methodology for identification of facilities and practices of national CBRN Critical Infrastructure. For this reason, work with NFPs to establish a pool of national experts (representatives of C, B and RN regulatory authorities, state intelligence services, state security committees, relevant committees of National Parliaments).

• Elaborate and provide to partner countries the guideline/ procedure how to implement above methodologies for identification/ granting of the status of the facility of national CBRN Critical Infrastructure to any of potential national facility or practice, considering current national laws and regulations. Same pools of experts to be used as a national contact person during elaboration of respective guidelines/ procedures tailored to individual country.

• Provision of respective national workshops on identification of national CBRN Critical Infrastructure components by using of above methodology and guideline – (Organize 3 days’ individual national workshops)

 

• Elaborate and provide to partner countries guides on design of Physical Protection, Security and Cyber-Security Systems for National CBRN Critical Infrastructure

• Elaborate and provide to partner countries the Standard Operations Procedure on Response to Protection, Security and Cyber-Security threats to CBRN facilities and practices
