As part of the EU-funded CBRN CoE Project 101, a successful consultation visit was carried out in Armenia to assess national frameworks, institutional coordination, and technical capacities for the protection and (cyber-)security of CBRN Critical Infrastructure.


✅ Plenary sessions brought together stakeholders from multiple ministries and national institutions, focusing on:

- National priorities in CBRN risk mitigation and critical infrastructure protection

- Institutional mandates and inter-agency coordination mechanisms

- Preparedness against cyber and physical threats targeting CBRN sites

- Exchanges on technical needs and preliminary identification of priority areas 


✅ Field mission to CBRN critical infrastructure facilities, focusing on:

- Assessment of physical protection and cybersecurity measures

- Review of emergency preparedness and internal security protocols

- Identification of operational gaps 

- Identification of technical support needs for infrastructure resilience


✅ The visit concluded with a wrap-up session, summarizing key observations from the three-day engagement. Discussions centered on validating preliminary findings, clarifying data collection, and outlining next steps toward tailored technical assistance and capacity-building actions under the P101 framework.
