Pierre Goetz is a strategic advisor and European project expert with a strong focus on security and crisis management. With over 15 years of experience advising EU institutions and leading industrial actors, he brings proven expertise in designing and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with high operational value.

 

Before founding Intellworks, Pierre served for more than 12 years as a senior manager at CEIS (now Forward Global), where he led high-level missions for clients including Frontex, the European Commission, and the European Defence Agency. He is particularly skilled in engaging end-user communities and translating strategic objectives into actionable outcomes.

 

Pierre has held key roles in major EU-funded projects: as coordinator of TETRIS (CIPS, counter-terrorism) and work package leader in both RECOBIA (FP7, intelligence) and BODEGA (H2020, border management). His expertise spans the full project lifecycle — from proposal drafting to stakeholder engagement and dissemination of results.

 

At Intellworks, Pierre contributes as an expert to EU-funded projects in the fields of security and crisis management. A graduate of Sciences Po Strasbourg, he also holds a Master’s degree in International and European Affairs from the University of Clermont-Ferrand.
