​​Meimouna Sidi Ali Deida is an industrial risk expert with a strong focus on CBRN risk management and critical infrastructure safety and security. Holding a specialized Master’s degree in nuclear, radiological, biological, chemical, and explosive risk management, she has hands-on experience in emergency planning, high-risk industrial site assessments, and hazardous materials transport safety. As a Regional Expert on Industrial Risks for the PPRD Med project, Meimouna contributes to EU-funded initiatives aimed at enhancing disaster prevention, preparedness, and response across the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean. Her previous roles include directing the consultancy firm COMPETENCIES and serving as a national trainer in chemical risk management and CBRN detection at borders. Passionate about improving industrial safety standards, she brings practical expertise from projects involving risk studies, emergency response plans, and capacity-building activities
